Summary: Prepares and executes funding of loan packages and documentation in accordance with establishment guidelines and policies by performing the following duties.

·    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Supports loan officer in all aspects of auto-finance process

·       Supports automobile dealerships in all aspects of auto-finance process

·       Completes due diligence on loan applications and contracts in

       compliance with company policies

·       Ensures approved loans are properly funded

·       Assists the collection department when necessary

·       Ensure that the Loan Production Office is organized and running

       smoothly as per company policies and procedures

·    Essential background & qualifications:

·      2 yrs. computer input skills, banking experience and/or automotive industry experience

·      Understanding of loan documents/automotive dealership terminology

·      Knowledge of email usage and overall computer usage

·    Desired background and qualifications:

·      Customer service and automotive industry experience

·      Detail-oriented

·      Ability to work with little or no supervisions

·      Sub-prime loan processing experience
