This role will assist with negotiations, follow up and demands for re-purchase with dealer customers. Keeps accurate records in database and categorize issues and status for easy review. Develop summary of activities for updating executive management. Work on outstanding issues, after internal groups expended efforts to resolve, such as problems with CBT liens and titles, policies not verified as enrolled, missing adds and misrepresentations where dealers may need to re-purchase a loan sold to CBT or provide other resolutions. Identify trends, recommend improved methods to monitor risks for these types of issues and assist the Bank in developing new procedures for handling various issues.
Work with Operations and Lending group to identify problems that require contacting dealers and negotiating
resolution due to lack of resolution through normal process.
Work with dealers on liens, registrations, titles and general lien perfection issues to resolve if initial efforts
failed to resolve.
Work with dealers to resolve third party products that we aren’t able to verify as enrolled, such as Vehicle
Service contracts, Gap, etc.
Interact with dealers to secure appropriate amount of rebates owed to CBT when products are cancelled,
usually on repos, after initial efforts fail
Education and Experience Level
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
