The novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 has rapidly made a huge impact on our lives. We want you to know that our top priorities are to protect our community’s health and safety and to provide continued access to financial services.

We recognize that this may be a difficult time. If you have been affected by the virus and need assistance, please reach out to us as described below.

AUTO LOANS

If you need to: 

  • Service your auto loan, access your account using the online portal to make or reschedule payments.
  • Speak to someone about your auto loan, call (866) 208-8288 M-TH 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST.
  • Text someone about your auto loan, you can opt-in to get updates on your account and communicate with us by texting the word “Crescent” to 38731. You can make payment arrangements and discuss options that may help you during these hard times.

DEPOSIT PRODUCTS

If you need to: 

  • Enroll in online banking, click here.
  • Speak to someone about your deposit product, call (877) 831-3334.
  • Visit a branch, drive-up only service is available at the Metairie Branch at 2201 Veterans Blvd, Metairie, LA 70002.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • To help protect you and our employees, we’ve temporarily closed some of our branches and are adjusting hours at others.
  • The Energy Centre Branch is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • The Metairie Branch is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday drive-up only.
  • The North Shore Branch is temporarily closed, effective March 24, 2020.
